I have tons of scrap fabric. I just can't seem to get rid of them!
So I am on a mission to make as many projects with them as I can.
I first cut rectangles out
sewed the edges together
Then hand sewed the pieces together
added two key chain rings to one side.
Looped it around a certain rainbow loving little girls waist
